SV527( PDF Data Sheet)
SV 527 has been formulated to have a high solid content combined with a short stoving schedule. It was originally designed for polystyrene but because of its high solids and unique stoving properties it can be used on many other plastics, e.g. Polymethyl Methacrylate, Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride, Polystyrene,ABS, Polycarbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics. Another useful property is its recoatability to reclaim rejected parts due to Metallising or coating flaws. The article may be recoated even after the top coat has been applied.
MV639
This primer is used prior to most normal coating systems and considerably aids adhesion to polypropylene. It is a water white low viscosity liquid that dries by evaporation.
SV760
SV 760 has been formulated to produce a high build, wrinkle free finish on thermoplastic plastics together with shorter stoving schedules.
SV1279
This lacquer is supplied ready to use and is designed to be applied directly on to polypropylene giving very good adhesion.
SV1330
SV 1330 has been formulated to have a high build, wrinkle free finish on thermoplastic plastics together with shorter stoving schedules.
SAV1333
SAV1333 is a Universal Base and Top Coat with high solids (but low viscosity)(Lower VOC's 500g/L). High flash point, good brilliance and low cost. Tested on thermoplastics, thermosets and metal (Aluminium, Steel and Zinc diecast).
